I spent a decade in the darkness of the underworld, learning the difference between the dark that nourishes and the dark that chains. In the nourishing dark - the shadowed soil of growth - my gifts returned through dreams, synchronicities, and the liminal language of art and spirit. In the insidious dark - born of fear, silence, and shame - I learned to break bonds, to unfasten what was never truly mine, and to return, above.

That journey gave me the tools to carry the weight of life’s difficulties, to recognize the subtle patterns of the insidious dark, and to discern what leads to freedom. It taught me how to hold both the heaviness and the holiness, how to tend shadow with tenderness, and how to see light even in the deepest descent.

My mission now is to walk beside others on their own journeys - so they don’t have to go alone. True healing is not bound by time or space; it threads through the whole soul, illuminating what has been hidden and calling home what has been lost.

My work is grounded in the body through massage therapy and expands into the multidimensional field of the Akashic Records and deep soul exploration. Together we walk with both shadow and light, discerning what is nourishing and what is binding, and discovering the clarity, courage, and grace that arise when every part of the self is welcomed home.
