The Services:

• Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition

• Do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice

• Are not a substitute for licensed healthcare, therapy, or mental health treatment

You agree that you will not delay, avoid, discontinue, or replace professional medical or mental health care based on information received through the Services.

3. Client Eligibility & Contraindications

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate

• You are not experiencing psychosis, schizophrenia, dissociation that impairs reality testing, or an unmanaged mental health crisis

If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, you acknowledge that participation is solely your responsibility and you have consulted (or chosen not to consult) a licensed provider.

Aster Holistic reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services at any time if participation is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

4. Assumption of Risk

You affirm that:

• You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being

• You retain full free will and agency at all times

6. No Guarantees or Promises

Aster Holistic makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding outcomes, accuracy, or effectiveness.

Results vary and are subjective. Any perceived benefit is personal and not assured.

7. Release of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to:

• Release and discharge Aster Holistic and Claire Newcomer from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses

• Indemnify and hold harmless Aster Holistic and Claire Newcomer from any claim arising out of or related to your participation, interpretation, or actions

This release applies to claims based on negligence, alleged misrepresentation, emotional distress, physical sensation, or any other theory of liability.

These Services are not suitable for crisis support.
