echoes of the soul:
Past life exploration + embodied integration through dance
Drop into subconscious journeying, energy work, and somatic integration through past life exploration + dance.
Through guided exploration, you’ll access soul memories held in the subconscious, move through unresolved wounds, reclaim wisdom, and retrieve gifts that are ready to be integrated into your present life.
Together, we will move through past life wounds keeping you trapped in loops + cycles, suppressing your intuitive gifts, or keeping you small.
We will ground the energetic work into the body through intentional movement, using music as a guide. Beginning slowly, you’ll reconnect with your physical self, gradually moving into deeper emotional and somatic spaces- including the places you may have learned to avoid. The energy builds toward a cathartic release before softening into stillness, integration, and calm.
We close with reflection and share circle for those who wish to speak about their experience.
What might be released during the process:
Density around the witch + sisterhood/community wound
The fear of being seen, of using your voice, of taking up space
Fears about spirit, your personal power, and true freedom
Negative patterns and loops- whether relational, karmic, or internal
More than I can consciously type out in the moment!
Our souls hold more than what we’ve experienced in this life- and those experiences, patterns, and wounds repeat themselves until we look at them with honest, compassionate eyes. Come with an open heart + mind, a willingness to learn more about your multidimensional soul, and a readiness to move not only energy, but your body as well.

Hi, my name is Claire, and I’m so happy you’re here!
I didn’t come to this work through a neat or polished path. I found it because I had to- because surface-level approaches weren’t reaching the deeper patterns I was living with. Years of shadow work and honest self-inquiry shaped how I hold space today.
My work focuses on gently uncovering what’s underneath. Old wounds, protective patterns, grief, anger, and the parts of ourselves that were never fully seen. When appropriate, I work in the Akashic Records to explore deeper roots of these patterns, always with the intention of bringing insight back into real, everyday life.
I’m also a massage therapist, which taught me to respect the intelligence of the body. Healing doesn’t just happen in the mind, it happens through the nervous system, through sensation, and through learning that it’s safe to be present in your own skin.
Dance has been an integral part of my life since the age of 3. For over 15 years, I danced in the ballet. Movement was often the only place I could process what I couldn’t put into words. I still believe it’s one of the most powerful ways to move emotion, release energy, and come back home to the body.
I don’t see myself as someone who heals people. I see myself as someone who walks beside them while they reconnect with themselves.
My role is simply to create a space that is grounded, compassionate, and real- where nothing about your experience needs to be hidden, made small, or quieted.
