This mentorship is not a template or a program to squeeze yourself into—it is a bespoke path, woven uniquely for you. Together we create a sacred container, a threshold space, where you can soften into the process of remembering, healing, and becoming.

Over the course of 11 live sessions, we will move through teachings, meditations, and integration practices that anchor light into the body and soul. Between our sessions, you will be held in continued support, with practices to deepen your unfolding and my support available to you through email during working hours. This is a journey that lives and breathes with you—it is not bound only to the time we spend face to face.

What we explore depends on what your soul is calling for. We may:
