private mentorship terms & conditions

This document sets forth the terms and conditions (“Agreement”) for participation in the Private Mentorship Program (the “Program”) facilitated by Claire Newcomer of Aster Holistic L.L.C. (“Mentor”). By enrolling in the Program and submitting payment, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services

  • The Mentor provides spiritual, energetic, and intuitive guidance, support, and education.

  • The Mentor is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • The Program is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support for medical or psychological conditions.

2. Client Responsibility

  • The effectiveness of the Program depends on the Client’s willingness, openness, and participation.

  • The Mentor does not guarantee specific outcomes; the Client understands that what they put into the Program is what they will get out of it.

3. Payment Terms

  • The Client agrees to the selected payment plan outlined at the time of enrollment.

  • Payments are non-refundable and must be made in full, regardless of Client’s level of participation or completion of the Program.

  • The Client agrees to make all payments on time according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.

4. No Guarantees & Release of Liability

  • The Mentor makes no guarantees regarding results or transformations.

  • By participating in the Program, the Client releases the Mentor from any and all claims arising from participation, except those prohibited by law.

5. Entire Agreement

  • By enrolling in the Private Mentorship Program and submitting payment, you agree to honor your payment plan, participate in good faith, and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
